Viktor Schreckengost Legacy Exhibition
Mar 21 - May 16th.
Opening Reception: March 28, 7 – 9 pm

Viktor Schreckengost was both a prolific artist and a brilliant designer. He created over 1500 works of sculpture, ceramics and paintings from 1920 to the mid 1990s – a new work of art nearly every two weeks for well over 70 years. The Attleboro Arts Museum’s Viktor Schreckengost Legacy Exhibition will feature an extensive collection of original Schreckengost creative ceramics, sculptures, paintings and renowned product designs. The legacy of Viktor's years of teaching and aesthetic influence is celebrated with a display of his students' creative automotive, toy, consumer product designs and fine art.

Our thanks to Corporate Sponsor GM, as well as Kirk Bennion the Design Manager of GM’s Design Studio - and former Schreckengost student - for generously allowing the Attleboro Arts Museum to display a 2009 Corvette ZR1 through April 19, 2008.
